Manufacturing

Ohio Rod Products offers a broad range of capabilities in small diameter — 3/4 inch and under — and long length — up to 96 inches — headed industrial fasteners and threaded industrial fasteners. We maintain a wide diameter range of low carbon, heat-treatable, galvanized and stainless steel raw materials in stock, or we will special order mill minimums to your requirements. In addition, we've developed close relationships with nearby heat treat, plating and patch sources in order to provide a wide range of post treatment options.

Service, Delivery & Communication

We believe the key to good service and delivery centers on open and honest communication. We start by keeping you informed at every step. Often we're called on for innovative solutions in crisis situations. Every effort is made to exceed your expectations.

In today's market of short lead times, we work together to establish a realistic delivery that works for you and your customer, then we find ways to meet or improve it. We also offer you the advantage of customized stock or blanket order programs to effectively and cost efficiently meet your special delivery or J.I.T. requirements. And, customized packaging is always available.

Quality Assurance

Quality is vital to our success and your trust. Through a skilled workforce combined with production machines equipped with computer based process monitors for constant feedback, we have the ability to manufacture high quality fasteners that meet exacting, individualized specifications.

Our Quality Assurance systems are ISO 9001-2008 Registered, and we maintain a state-of-the-art quality lab. We employ S.P.C. and zero-defect sampling to ensure only the highest quality products are produced and shipped.

Finally, we maintain lot traceability and our trademarks are registered with the federal government under F.Q.A. (Fastener Quality Act) requirements.
